Due to the personalized nature of our products, all orders are made according to the specifications provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of customer error, including but not limited to:
Incorrect size selection
Errors in personalization (names, dates, text, etc.)
Choices that do not match the customer’s intention (model, color, design, etc.)
We strongly recommend that all order details are carefully reviewed before completing the purchase.
Exceptions
We will only accept returns or offer an appropriate solution (replacement or partial refund) in cases where:
The product has a manufacturing defect
The error is proven to be our responsibility
In such cases, customers must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order, providing clear photos and a detailed description of the issue for evaluation.
We reserve the right to assess each case individually before proceeding with any resolution.
