- Wash inside-out in cold water using a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
- Skip chlorine bleach entirely. If color bleeds, rinse repeatedly in lukewarm water, then cold water.
- Never rub the embroidery.
- Dry-cleaning works beautifully for embroidered garments. If you prefer air-drying, hang or lay flat away from direct sunlight.
- For tumble-drying, use cool air only.
- When ironing is needed, do it inside-out between two cloth layers. Keep embroidery dry and avoid steam irons. Never let wet garments sit in a pile or soak for extended periods.
