Refund Policy
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any questions or mistakes in your order you can contact us directly at luvedlines@gmail.com
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
As our artists start to work on your order as soon as it is placed, it is not possible to make a full refund even if it hasn't been produced.
- If you need a refund after our artists start your design, we can offer you a partial refund as work has already been put in.
- If your order has already began being produced it is not possible to make any type of refund.
Damaged Products
- If your item arrives damaged or there is a print error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right. Please note that to be eligible you need to send photos of the damaged parts.
- Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange even if your product is damaged.
